- 2 sleeves saltine crackers
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning Store bought or use our ultimate rib rub
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Store bought or use our cajun rub from our Cajun turkey recipe.
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat your smoker to 200°F.
Pour your saltine crackers into a large mixing bowl or prep tub.
In a bowl, combine the oil and seasonings and whisk to combine.
Pour the seasoned oil over the top of the crackers and mix until every cracker is well-coated.
Transfer the seasoned cracker to a wire rack and place on the smoker for one hour, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the smoker and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
