Easy Smoked Cranberry Ham Glaze
A sticky sweet glaze with a hint of citrus, holiday spice and chili heat.

- 14 oz can of whole cranberry sauce or homemade
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Add all of the ingredients to an oven-safe dish or aluminum pan.
Place the pan on the smoker at 250°F for one hour.
Baste your smoked ham in the glaze every 20 minutes for one hour.
Pour the remaining glaze over your smoked ham when it’s done.
