Easy Smoked Cranberry Ham Glaze

A sticky sweet glaze with a hint of citrus, holiday spice and chili heat.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz can of whole cranberry sauce or homemade
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to an oven-safe dish or aluminum pan.
  • Place the pan on the smoker at 250°F for one hour.
  • Baste your smoked ham in the glaze every 20 minutes for one hour.
  • Pour the remaining glaze over your smoked ham when it’s done.
