Marina Shifrin chucked the deuces to her job of two years by creating a YouTube video that not only went viral, but lead to her next offer!
The 25-year-old internet star stopped by “The Queen Latifah Show” today to share her resignation story, and she had no idea the talk show host would surprise her with a new gig.

“So, you looking for a job?” Latifah asked.
“Yeah, are you hiring?” Marina responded jokingly.
“Now that you mention it, I like to be surrounded by cool, creative, interesting people. And with your experience maybe I can create a position. What if I created something called digital content producer? Do you think that might be something you are interested in?
“Are you doing a stand-up joke right now?” Marina replied in amazement.
“I’m a boss,” Latifah said back. “And bosses can hire!”
